Although I was filled with passion at the start of writing Guided by Ambition, I was soon hit with the obstacles of writer's block and lack of motivation to continue this series, for I had realised this fanfic lacked the originality and novelty for me to continue.
The stress and burnout which came from overcoming new difficulties at school since September had only worsened my situation, causing me to lose passion in this piece because I had to divert more effort into my studies. Every paragraph of GBA felt like a toll and a burden to write, moreover my writing skills have improved since I had last touched the Google Docs.
For those who've enjoyed the one and only chapter of Guided by Ambition, I am sorry for disappointing you all for cancelling this fanfic. With a heavy heart I must announce that Guided by Ambition is cancelled to make way for a new fic: Selenis Auream.
Once again, I'm sorry for cancelling Guided by Ambition.
