Welcome! My pen name is HK, or HurricaneKareena, and this is my second account. Before, this used to be my community account, but I thought it would better serve my purposes of uplifting other writers by making this a second account dedicated to reviews, graphics, and promoting others, all the while sprinkling in some of my own writing which has darker undercurrents.

I like some classic literature, like Frankenstein (the creature was severely misunderstood!), but I'm not a snob. Modern works can be just as good, if not better, than older texts. If you only read Pride and Prejudice, my books are not for you.

The books on this account will not be the light and fluffy teen fiction of my main account, @HurricaneKareena, but rather an exploration of darker themes that I want to experiment with. Bear with me as I work through this transition.
