          	  I have same problem but it's my escape that's why I write more and publish less.

Is there any communities which are interesting to join?

@Harshywrites05 I'm not part of a community yet, but I've been helping to judge awards for @TheBlossomCommunity_ recently, and I've enjoyed myself so much that I applied to join. A lot of communities are hiring right now, though, and even ones that aren't advertising about hiring are usually open to new members. Any tips for Anxiety or Panic attack?

@Harshywrites05 Breathing exercises for sure. Soothing music; if you have a pet, petting it; reading or watching something light-hearted and positive.

@Harshywrites05 Close your eyes and focus on your other senses: What you smell? What do you feel? What do you hear? Then, take deep breaths, calming your heart, then open your eyes. Then you can do something creative to help♡

@Harshywrites05  do something that is creative to reduce anxiety. You can do lot's of  breathing exercises. Sleeping is a good tip and think positive
