Chandrayee Pattanayak

I'm Chandrayee Pattanayak and I'm NOT from ODISHA/ORISSA ( how's that for an opening line?). 21, Bengali and hungry 24*7. Hungry for food? nah. Hungry for appreciation and recognition. That's what MBBS does to you I guess. 

So in very simple words I'm a normal, ( apart from the MBBS thing, no , normal people do not choose to destroy their lives by going into this bottomless pit profession ) 21 year old girl with normal problems in life living in Delhi. I'm a nerd and love to study and interact with patients and listening to their stories helps me understand how everybody's life is like a mosaic masterpiece. I think a lot, and talk to myself all the time, which is also the way I write my stories. Understanding how people think is something that really intrigues me and I've done a research project under ICMR, regarding how our thinking affects he amount of stress our body is going through. Listening to music is one of my favorite way to pass time and songs with meaningful lyrics attract me. I also am a part of my college Drama society and have directed many self written plays. I'm hardworking and also very competent which makes me strive for the best. I'm clumsy and lazy too , depends a lot on my mood. Public speaking is my happy element and talking and interacting with large crowds is like my morphine. My greatest weakness is inability to understand failure and letting failure take over me. Other 'not so good' things about me - I'm inactive physically, i'm impatient, I can't follow routines etc (the list goes on and on). I'm moderately social and maintain good relations with my friends and family. And I don't know where to stop this description about myself so i'll just stop here.
