So one time, we had to learn about rocks for about half the school year.

Is it okay to write a fanfiction where England accidentally turns Russia into a neko? And all he can say is 'Meow' and the like? And he actually believes he's a cat? And China is forced to take care of him? Please tell me this is okay to be doing.
