If I met my seven year old self today,
What would I tell her?
What would I say?
Would I warn her of the future?
Of the bad things yet to come?
Or let her be naive,
And keep having fun?
Because my seven-year-old self,
Believed the world is a perfect place,
Would she recognize herself,
When she looked into my face?
Even though I have learnt so much more,
And nine years have passed since then,
I would give up everything,
To view life through her eyes again.
No matter what happens, I've learnt one thing in life : Be ambitious, not thirsty.
A bored teenager who has very few friends, I'm a selective extrovert, meaning, I will not speak to you if I don't like you. But don't let that give you negative vibes about me. I promise you, you will love me once you get to know me. :)
