Today I would like to introduce a new stand ability I created for my cat.
Stand: Crazy Train
Looks: a black train that is 30 train cars long.
User: Floki Ely (An all white cat that weighs 18 pounds)
Description: this stand can only be manifested when the sky starts to get dark, this stand needs no tracks to drive on, instead it is able to drive anywhere and anyway, it does not abide our laws of physics, gravity and motion, as it can drive up surfaces or even on top of air, anything within 12 inches of touching it (except it's user) is immediately erased from existence, meaning if you try to touch it with hand, then your entire forearm will be erased, this effect even works with stands.
This stand also gives the user (The Cat) an astonishing IQ of 1300 and the capability to speak all languages. This stand moves at the speed of thought. It can manifest with or without its user piloting it, when the user is inside the user controls the stand, when the user is outside of the stand however, it has a mind of its own and immediately does whatever it can to complete its users goals.
I must ask, what do you think?

To be honest, it's not just stand abilities that I'm terrible at balancing. It's everything. My weakest OC that I've ever created is multi-multiversal level, With the ability to instantly take any kind of skill, memory, power, ability, talent or trait from anyone within a 100 ft radius. The problem is, that this character has fought some really powerful beings and has absorbed ending proved upon the powers, skills and knowledge. And that is literally my weakest OC, and it's only because he hasn't encountered anyone else yet! I'm terrible at making anything balanced!

This is why I come to you for this kind of stuff, normally my mind goes out of control and lets my imagination make something extremely broken without any form of balancing. The reason why I come and tell you about these stand abilities is so I can get some balancing in there as well
