Hi there, we're the Helping Hands Club.
We're here to help those of you who need guidance and to spread awareness about mental and physical challenges. We use this account to unite people and communities. Our goal is to spread the message that you can ask for help and help each other.

Here, you can express yourself and it is a safe-zone for anybody, as long as you don't push others' boundaries or act disrespectfully. We kindly ask that you don't use profanity excessively, particularly in our public conversations. However, we understand if you need to use it because you are venting or feeling upset (especially in private messages).

Our help is anonymous (although you can ask who you're speaking to or request someone specific) and unbiased because we realize that life can be complex and an outside source can help! Sometimes, speaking to someone unbiased or outside of your challenges can help you understand someone else's opinion or extend your own thoughts.
