@HerMarshmallow Hey don’t worry so much, it might be nothing. my school gets threats like that all the time. i’m not saying everything will be perfect but it’s reassurance. Keep your head up, clear your mind. suggestion is reading or meditation. Try texting another friend to ask if she is doing okay. the best you can do is wait and relax your mind. You had just attempted and are finally home from the hospital. Just try to relax and take a breather if you need. go get water and food. don’t try to be so negative and rough on yourself at this stage.
