Twila Jasper Mason

I'm a teen living in UHMURICA, who likes a variety of things too big to fit a compilation of list. I have a deep rooted fascination for light and color, and art is one of the few things that grabs and holds my attention for long periods of time, along with colorful things and lava lamps. The list of my interests continues forever and is too big for a short biography, so I'll give you a hinting of my personality. I'm a compulsive cuddler, and a metalhead, and I'm proud to be both. I think of myself as more of a pessimistic person (my glass has been half empty for 16 years), and my parents tell me I have a dark, and sometimes sadistic sense of thinking, which is true, so I can't really argue with that statement. I don't have much of a social life outside of the internet because I don't really like people, and everyone says I'm wretchedly lonely, but I prefer to call it boredom. On a scale ranging from skate-rat to freak, I'd put myself at punk, right between emo and skate-rat. Not too bad, not emo, but still hellbent on wearing leather, headbanging, and mash-pitting. I'm a big music person, and there isn't a genre of music in the world I haven't heard of or don't listen to. I'm supposed to be a sophomore, but I'm working at weaseling my way into a community college because highschool was middleschool in my mind, and I'm bored of repeating things I've known since sixth grade.. People generally let a first glance, and my outer image dictate my level of sophistication, and are often taken aback a vast intellect and superiority of wit, not being prideful of my level of knowledge, more so just trying to say that I think it's more a curse than a blessing. I've got a target on my back everywhere I go. I always have a wise crack to finish off a conflict or stand off, and usually words are enough to make the other person back down, provided you know which nerves to bend. My true passion is writing, and my lifelong dream has always been to be a professional writer someday.
