I am a PhD student, and I am planning to do a research about Wattpad Filipino writers.

I have learned about Wattpad in 2011, and I tried using it as a tool for teaching (yes, I teach too). Unfortunately, it did not pan out. Maybe because I did not thoroughly understand the platform then (and I was just a recent graduate from college and we were not taught how to use technology in teaching).

Now, I want to understand it more. I believe that Wattpad and its Filipino users have a lot of potential.

On a more personal note, I am a fanfiction reader. I ship Janeway/Chakotay of Star Trek:Voyager.
