depends on how much you plan to write for each relationship, i'd say! if you want to keep it short or there's inconsistency in length among them, one chapter would work better; if you plan to go in depth for all of them to the same extent, separate chapters would be ideal instead ^_^ that's just my input but i hope it clears your mind a bit!
