I think I’m starting to feel a little burnt out.
It’s been this way for a while, truly. I’ve always had a bad habit of moving accounts once things started to feel dead - I thought something new would bring newer attention. It worked for a while, but it was exhausting to remake and repost the same characters with longer and longer forms.
In some ways, I don’t even feel like my writing style has survived with how little I’m able to use any of my characters. I feel exhausted when I’m creating anything knowing that it’ll never go past the starter.
Besides all that, the real announcement is to let people know that I am still here and active, for the most part. I’ll be slowly but surely editing forms, shortening them for my own mental health, but new characters are in the works <3
I love this community, I truly do. I hate to see it dissipate after it was so lively… almost 5 years ago now? I still consider myself apart of the roleplay community and I do enjoy it, and I’ll always be apart of it, despite trying to claw my way out of its crutches so many times.
