Hello :) again I'm extremely sorry I'm not as active anymore. I've been dealing with something hard and I dont really know what to do about it. I've been struggling with anorexia for over a year now and I'm trying to recover but it's really hard for me and my parents aren't aware. Today my health teacher gave me an assignment that was about my fast food order and a meal planner and it triggers me but I don't know what to do. I'm sorry I'm writing about this I just felt like I really had to because I dont have anyone to talk about this in person.

I've tried talking to my mom but they never listen to me and I don't really feel comfortable enough to tell my friend what I'm going through because I don't want to bother. but I try to let put my emotions but it's really hard to. I just listen to music and fake scenarios to try to distract myself but it doesn't work. I don't know whta to do anymore but I'll keep trying to be strong.
