Sixty years ago, India announced its arrival to the space race, albeit on lease of technology. Pictures of ISRO in its inception - transporting rocket parts on cycles are widespread among the Indian populace. In its infancy, India's rocket program faced heavy opposition from the general public and political class alike. Yet sixty years later, India remains grateful to its scientists, for our country now launches indigenous rockets and propels satellites of nations.

The tweet by ISRO, announcing to the world of India's achievement in space and shaking billions of people with emotions, evoking goosebumps on their skin. Like a kite soaring high, Chandrayaan III was accomplished due relentless efforts of our scientists. As India looks at new frontiers, this is just the very beginning. More importantly, ISRO has mobilized the conscience of the masses. For, the entire country stood in solidarity with ISRO during Chandrayaan-II's failure and the very same populace hailed "Jai Hind!" when the Rover Pragyan landed on the south pole of the moon, which made India the very first nation to do so.
