@Kleio8 "THE DEMON I KNOW
Quinn is single. She always has been and she always will be, something she has slowly come to terms with. Trapped by a terminal cancer diagnosis, she is desperate for a cure and has nothing left to lose. When all treatments, remedies, and prayers go unheard, she turns to a stark alternative- summoning a demon that she can bargain with to save her life.
Surprised and shocked that something seems to begin happening shortly after the ritual, she quickly finds that it is not the outcome she wanted. The nameless entity that had already been assigned to her at birth is suddenly released from his own shackles. Not only is she stuck with a tagalong demon that wants to eat her soul, she still has no solution and no one to turn to. By teaching Shepherd how to be in a physical body again and acclimating him to the world, Quinn can only hope the payment is enough to buy her freedom.
Add in a mad witch for a neighbor, a shopkeeper with secrets, and a festival full of surprises, and things seem to get out of hand rapidly.
