Even you said that you love him/her but your actions shows the opposite of it still it don't. Ok let's say that person is not that verbal or vocal or he/she is not showy of his/her feelings but look at the end, When the one they love feels that they don't love them they will really make a move to let their love ones feel that they love them, eventhough the people that are not showy will make a move at the end just to show their love for someone.
