ayo, this is for my followers who hate vegetables.
ROAST THEM
You can use an airfryer, a toaster oven, an actual oven, just set it at 375F
cut those veggies up into large chunks (like 1-2 bite sized), put on a baking sheet and add a little oil and whatever seasonings you like. heat for 10-20 minutes depending on what kinda veggie and add a LIGHT drizzle of honey if you like that sweet and savory flavor.
zucchini, squash, cauliflower, and broccoli are my favorites and are cheap (great if you also have financial problems. if you have no time to wash a baking sheet line it with foil and don't worry about scrubbing.
This really helped me escape my 'coping with trauma by only eating pasta' problems in middle school and made me open up to eating other foods. If you struggle with food in anyway I reccomend.
