Possessing the heart of an artist and the drawing ability of a tone-deaf cat, J. Lee Carruthers turned to the written word as her preferred medium for crafting her art. Over the years, she has created scores of pictures through her poetry and prose. She earned her BA in English from Arizona State University in the spring of 2018, forever solidifying her 'resident nerd' status within her community.
She currently resides in the west Valley of the Sun with her loving husband, very patient youngest daughter, two cats and a turtle.
