Hello all!  I'm happy to be part of this wonderful site and promote my work.  I have spent several years being told by family members, friends, and acquaintances that I've always had a way with words.  So in several failed attempts at writing a book, I had a dream one night and came up with a story idea.  I woke up quickly the next morning, sat at my computer desk, and jotted the idea down.  I then spent the next seven years (on and off) creating the story, writing chapters, establishing characters, and essentially writing the entire story.  In January 2019, I felt it was time to get serious and write the story.  My deadline to complete it was to have it finished by July 15th.  I actually finished it on July 16th.  I then spent several months editing it.  Then Covid happened and after roughly 20 rejections (both literary agent and publishing agencies), I decided it was time to self-publish.  Currently, my story is on Amazon Kindle (ebook and paperback) and I recently was accepted on Smashwords.  The W.A.N.D. Epic will become a five-book series with the first book already available.  I'm hoping people can read and relate to the characters and enjoy the story.  It is a brand new take on Witches and Wizards, with a brand new, sinister evil.  I just recently (2/18/2022) started the second book and hope to have it finished by the fall.  Thank you for your interest and I look forward to having you as a fan!
