OK guys sorry I didn't post the story about my friend last night. But here it is.
          So I'm gymnastics there's equipment like
          Beam, bars, and the vault. So the bars weren't there so you got to choose between beam and vault. I chose beam and Jessie chose the vault.
          So my coach Rhonda thought she had the spring perfectly but it was further then it looks so when Jessie ran towards the spring (she was running super hard so it made her hit harder) she was ready to jump but like I said it was further so she slipped and it caused he'd to hit her face on the vault :( she was alright she didn't need a doctor or anything, she didn't start bleeding, no bones were broken. It just hurt real bad. She didn't get to do the beam tho sadly. But she was alright! And before anybody says Coach Rhonda is irresponsible or some BS. She tells us to be care during back bends, valdezs, handstands, and a that so she is a great coach! She just didn't put the spring close enough.
          Anyways. That's what happened and she's fine now. No worries
          So yeah idk how to end this post sooo. Bye!

HEY GUYSSSS!!! So today was my gymnastics show. I did good. I was part of the grand finale 
          My friend Jessie got hurt and couldn't do the equipment part :( (I'll put it in a fresh post)
          That's mostly why I wasn't able to update. We had practice Monday AND Wednesday. But now It's finally out of the way so. There should be a lot of updates!!! :)

Hey :) don't know if you seen my comment  but you can write that story about a mirror . I'm sure you could write a mirror story better anyways.
