I am Jane Lowe, and I am a huge fan of Billie Eilish. I have been writing stories since I was in like 5th grade. One time I sent my friends this long "what if" story about meeting Billie, over text. One of my friends told me I should use WattPad so now here I am writing a full book based on the story I wrote over text. I hope you enjoy this story and the ones to come.
