I am a married working mom from Staten Island, NY.  I read 50 Shades of Grey two years ago because everyone was talking about it.  I figured why not I used to read romance novels all the time.  I loved it read all three books on my iphone. LOL after that I got myself a NOOK and started looking for other authors in the genre.  Sylvia Day, Maya Banks, Jaci Burton, Joanna Wylde, Avery Aster, Shayla Black, Lexi Blake to name a few of my favorites. I have become obsessed and have read hundreds of books since 50 Shades that have by far been better.  Not to take anything away from E. L. James she wrote a good series but there are so many other great authors out there not getting the attention they deserve.  Anyway my escape from the day to day of life is my reading.  I constantly have my NOOK with me and love to talk to people who enjoy reading as well.  My favorite is romance erotic or otherwise.  But I also read paranormal romance and mystery as well when I find a good one.
