Hi,
          I don't usually write comments or reviews on anything but I felt like I just had to with your 'becoming Mrs Thornton' story. 
          I have read a crazy amount of sequels for North and South (huge fan! :) ) and I've enjoyed a lot of them. However, none of them have quite hit the nail... I always thought that they had changed the characters too much. Having them behave in ways which (I feel) are completely different to how they are in the original book. That is, till I read yours. Every character in the book is still true to how Gaskell had portrayed them and it is as if I've continued reading as if it was from the same book and author. I feel like I have finally found what I was looking for in a equal...My only wish being, is that you continued on the story a bit more!
