-My stories come from picking a number of random words and genres from a Box and giving myself 
 45 minutes to come up with a story using only those words. 
Some of my stories come out cheesy, some come out as strange crossovers, but they are definitely all different. 
At the top of each story I list the genre's and words that were picked out. I call it my Writing Game. If you want to play along send me a comment and I can also let you draw words from my "Writing Game Box"  I'm actually thinking of starting a contest based on just picking random words and genre, but let me kno what you think. ^_^
