I'm a 30-something woman, so I feel ancient on Wattpad surrounded by teenagers. At the same time, why wouldn't I be on a teenager writing site when I'm (at least under the impression I am) writing for teenagers?

I try to write fundamentally cheesy stories that are gritty enough to no longer be cheesy, or dark stories with enough humour/cuteness (endearing-ness really) that they're not that dark.

I tend to find A LOT of things funny though, so I might just write dark gritty things with occasional notes of internal triumph for the characters. That's the real kind of triumph though, isn't it?

Is endearing-ness a word? Well it is now. We might as well get German-like and compound it: endearingness. There, a new word. Be quiet spellcheck. Get rid of that dotted red underscore.

I've come to realize this site seems to be about watching the process of a writer unfolding a story, (See? I learn things) so I'm going to start posting some works in progress. Honour Thief was edited many many many times over before I started posting anything. These other things will be a lot less polished, and perhaps more fun to check out?

Alright, so I kind of went two months without updating again. Luckily there's only ten or so parts left in the story, so there's not a lot of room for that to happen again.
