Ken Wallin is an author and avid reader who appreciates stories with unlikely or imperfect heroes and that leave the reader with something of value. His fiction has appeared in Writer's Journal and the short story Summerlake was a Fiction Winner. His novels, The Quest for Zerzura, The Goddess of Kunlun, Mountains of the Macaw and Falling to Eden, are all available on Amazon.

His stories often reflect his love of nature and the outdoors. When not writing or working outdoors, he can be found enjoying the beaches, mountains, and deserts of his native Southern California with his wife of over forty happy years and their exuberant Chihuahua/Dachshund mix, who keeps them active and young.

The current WIP is Lost City of the Sun, a jungle adventure timed to catch the 100th anniversary of the disappearance of Percy Fawcett on his quest for his City of Z. It's a projected novel-length spinoff from my short story Latitude Adjustment (see stories below.) And as always, feel free to check out some of the other stories I have posted here on Wattpad.

"Adventure is whatever you make of it, wherever you find it, from the ends of the earth to your own backyard."
