Ken Wallin is an author and avid reader who appreciates stories with unlikely or imperfect heroes and that leave the reader with something of value. His fiction has appeared in Writer's Journal and the short story Summerlake was a Fiction Winner. His stories often reflect his love of nature and the outdoors. When not writing or working outdoors, he can be found enjoying the beaches, mountains, and deserts of his native Southern California with his wife of over forty happy years and their exuberant Chihuahua/Dachshund mix, who keeps them active and young.

I've just wrapped up my current WIP, Lost City of the Sun, a jungle adventure timed to catch the 100th anniversary of the disappearance of Percy Fawcett on his quest for his City of Z. It's now available on Amazon. I've left the first three chapters up here as a sample. Next up will probably be The Crystals of Xibalba, a Rick Montana adventure set in the cenotes of Yucatan. It will probably be awhile before anything is ready to post, but I'll be sure to let everyone know.  In the meantime, feel free to check out some of the other stories I have posted here on Wattpad.
