Hi there! I enjoyed the updates and can't wait to see how Friday resolves the case--which has turned into much more than a missing sack of nuts ;).
          When I come across new stories that I think someone might enjoy, I pass on the title. I've started reading "Aveline and the 5th horseman of the apocalypse" by 'tristam_james', a very unusual tale about a kick-butt dead girl on a mission. Well written and humorous, you might want to have a peek.

Thank you so much for the dedication, it really means a lot! And that chapter was my favourite--laughed at the tipping war. I'm eagerly waiting for more instalments of our good man Friday hot on the case of the missing nutsack. OK, maybe's he's not so good, but a hero in a comedy / detective story needs faults ;)

Hi there! I saw you just posted on the Humor Club 'share a story thread'. That's good marketing. For your info, this club has been refreshing on Saturday mornings. I'm in Montreal, EST, and if I check at 11am I can hit the #3 or #4 spot on page one.
          
          The club moderator removes everything once a week and we post anew. Try to time your post when it's just been refreshed to get on page 1. 
          
          I'm waiting for more of Friday! Oh, I forgot to mention that your cover art is very good. It clearly indicates a humorous story, and is intriguing enough to encourage clicks.  Some otherwise excellent stories bomb here because of poor covers.
          
          I hope you're still enjoying Claudius' adventure in ancient Rome.

It seems I was a day late and a dollar short for the post a humor story :/  for some reason I was thinking Sunday morning. It's okay though, because for some reason my code didn't work for the cover image, so I'll get that figured out through the week. 
            
            I didn't have a chance to get any reading done this weekend, but I'll get some reading in today for sure! I'm dying to know what Claudius has been up to.

            My brother drew the cover art for me and I just digitalized it with the Gimp editor. It needs a little more work, but I'm satisfied with it for now. I'm glad you like it, I'll have to tell my brother!
            
            I am still enjoying Claudius. I've been a bit of a slacker the last few days, but now that the weekend is upon us I hope to do some catching up.
