READING REVIEW: LOVE LOVE LOVE IT.

This book, after reading the Langley and Porter Mystery series, 100% satisfied my expectations. We keep along the similar theme as the ones in the mystery books, in which I've stated I very much enjoy.

The writing standards of this book are exceptional and I very much enjoy the third person point of view when following Sterling and Briar. All relationships were realistic and built-up smoothly. The spontaneous decision at the end added to the thrill of their romance and I very much loved following their story.

This author is very talented and deserves all the positive contributions they have been receiving.

I definitely WILL be continuing to read other books they have to offer.

          	Amazing work!

I'm not going to lie, I've had a lot on my plate.

The transition between year 10 to year 11 and doing GCSE's and juggling a job and my future in college can be tough with depression and anxiety looming over you. I also manage a collab account with one of my closest mates and on top of that I'm writing a book with them.

It's tough. I'm not going to sugarcoat it, but now I've had some time to breathe and although I'm not fully there, I'm slowly getting everything back on track.

I will never be the same carefree, obsessed with fanfics and writing type of girl again but I'm determined to finish off some fanfics I've written and post some others I've had prepared. It will be slow, and I'm sorry for that, but please bare with me when I'm trying to find my feet and actually produce chapters I'm happy about.

I will only be finishing off some stories such as The Cabin, Choose Your Own Adventure and Ghost. Any others I may have are either already finished or I just don't have passion for that storyline anymore. I love writing and I don't want to drain me out from producing things that I don't even believe in.

I have some other ideas for books and maybe one day I'll show you but for now enjoy the ones I already have.

          Thank you :)

READING REVIEW: D is for Deception: A Langley & Porter Mystery

Wow... what a ride it has been!

I was beginning to get worried that Alexander and Charlotte will NEVER be together!

          Why did I doubt you?

This is the final book of the Langley & Porter mystery...

Full of thrills, deception, shock and SO much more, this book really summed up the series well. I swear I have been indulged in this series ever since I read your first book. There's so much I can say about this book but I can't put into words how much excitement I got after coming home from school and having some free time to continue my journey with these two love birds.

          A.M.A.Z.I.N.G

I'm sad that it has come to an end :(

Well done! I honestly can't wait for the E is for Elena spin-off!

READING REVIEW: Okay, second book of this series has been read!

          Another mystery solved!

Just like the first book, I very much enjoyed this one. Again, the mystery that Alexander Langley and Charlotte Porter solve is very well out together. I've probably mentioned this before but I really love being taken back to the olden days. It shows us how badly women are treated and society has changed so much in the passing years.

Now for the romance... I'm so mad. WHY!? Why did you make Charlotte send that stupid letter? He was gonna kiss her!!! And you made her send the letter!!! I'm so upset. :(

If they don't end up together in the end... I swear I will break down in tears.

Apart from that, this is a very well written book, sticking with the themes of the first one and realistically building up romance between characters.

          Well done!

READING REVIEW: Honestly, this is gonna be a regular thing.

A is for Arson: A Langley & Porter Mystery takes you back into the olden days - London - where women were frowned upon for not being married by a specific age and for expecting any sort of respect from men. I personally don't think it's very fair but in all honesty, it takes me back and hurls me into a world of my imagination!

I swear... I LOVE THIS BOOK!

It's book one of four books - not including the possible spin-off that the author might do - and it had me wanting more. I say this often but I promise you this book is one of the best Mystery books out there.

The fact that this author can write such a well thought-out mystery of Vincent Guillard's paintings, keep it in the professional language you would expect in Victorian times, drag out the romance enough to make it realistic AND have plot twists/mystery changes where not everything is what it all seems is beyond me!

Well done to whoever wrote this! You are incredible!

I honestly can't wait to start reading book two...

READING REVIEW: This has kinda become my thing. :)

          Vacancy. It's brutal. It's gory. It's horrific.

Just my cup of tea - don't take that seriously. I don't drink tea.

Vacancy - a short horror story - really had my grasping for more. It turns heads for sure and although this book was posted more than 4 years ago, it definitely has readers going back to it. I love horror - if you couldn't already tell from Man Hunt and The Subway reviews - and I love a book that is well written and speaks emotions to me.

I want to be able to feel the fear the character had.

I want to be able to feel the anger the characters portray.

And I got, exactly that. (Why did all of that sound creepy?)

Although there wasn't much of a build-up when the first person was killed, it was definitely interesting to then see the build-up for Samara. I like that we know what's going to happen to her before it happens - it really drags the readers in.

I must say, I love this short horror - but it's sad to see that it hasn't been updated in over 4 years. It might not have been updated in so long, but it's certainly worth taking the time to read it.

The ending can be your own imagination

Well done to the author for thinking of this eye-catching idea.

READING REVIEW: So, let's talk about Man Hunt, huh?

After reading The Subway, I was desperate to find a book that would make me feel just as anxious, scared, upset and - in some cases - happy. Well... I certainly found all these emotions - on a whole new level - and more in this book!

Man Hunt is an amazing, thriller book. I loved how we can see the clear attachment Serenity has for Rosalie as soon as they are abducted. The fact that we could see what was going on in the family's side of things as well really brought a whole new level of sympathy and emotions for Serenity and everyone in the warehouse.

I loved the epilogue of her 18th birthday - having it being mentioned throughout the book made it feel all tied together - and the fact we get to see the aftermath of everything. There's a clear romance between Coden and Serenity but I really liked the fact that you didn't include anything other than pure comfort - in reality, it would probably be the same.

The waves of emotions I got when we got to know the characters on a deeper level and then sadly having to say goodbye to them in a brutal way really made me feel exposed and on the edge of my seat. Heck, I was even thinking that - at some points - it was TOO good to be true.

If you like thrilling, action and a feeling on the edge of your seat, then Man Hunt is the book for you.

Well done to the author for creating such a fantastic book!
