I think it's safe to say I'm not going to finish Kiss me and Die on time to qualify for the rest of the ONC rounds. I'm still going to keep the story up and work at updating it as I have time though, because it is a fun little personal challenge for myself. 
          	  
          	On the other hand, I have begun writing new chapters for Book 3 of Eliona's War, Lethal Healer.  And, I have been working on a brand new action/sci-fi/fantasy series. This new world and its characters have completely enthralled me, and instead of writing for ONC, I was busy plotting and writing for this. (Whoops!) It'll be a while before I can reveal any of it, though, as it's still very much in the beginning phases.  
          	
          	Congratz to everyone who made it through the second round of ONC!

Is the original version of Eliona's War available ? Like on your patreon or anything like that? Id love to reread that as well even if i gotta pay lol

@AlexXGerard16 At the moment, no, as the series is currently exclusive to Wattpad. But I may do that in the future! The plan is to make Patreon a hub for all my new (and best old) stuff. :)

@poetrowya Hi there! I was invited. As far as I know, the Wattpad Originals program is invite only. They keep an eye out for stories that have good engagement, among other things, and if yours is one of them, there is a chance they may reach out to you.  There's more information here:

@KurokageJS You see, you make an announcement like this and the only conclusion we can draw is "someone's got a gun to your head.  And you watched them load it.  And there's no safety.  And their finger's on the trigger.  And you're probably tied to a chair in front of your computer while their associate waves 16 bags of water softener salt around your garden threatening to burn it all down if you don't write a romance.
            
            Actually, ignore the man with a gun; the garden threat is all it would take.  Heres to hoping they keep their word and release the potatoes when you're done.  Every chapter is another week your precious potatoes tony become french fries.  Tick tock... Tick tock.

ONC has made their announcement! Prompts go live Feb 1. For anyone unfamiliar with this, it's the yearly Open Novella Contest, where you're challenged to write a novella between 20k and 40k words. The timeline is Feb 1 to April 30th, so there's plenty of time to hit those wordcounts.
