Love Always Wins

L: L stands for Less.  Homophobic people or transphobic people believe we are less than them, but truly we are equal.  We will stand up for ourselves.  Think about when women, or people of different color, or Jews won equal rights.  History will repeat itself, violence most likely included, but in the end LGBT+ will win.

G: G stands for Gone.  To people who don't understand us, we are gone.  We are nonexistent.  But the LGBT+ community will be noticed, as we already are beginning to rise up.  We are coming out of our shadows.  We are simply showing people that we are not one, ten, one hundred, or even one thousand people.  We are a community, a world, a Universe full of people that cannot be ignored.

B: B stands for Beaten.  We have been beaten, harassed, yelled at, tormented for who we are.  But we cannot endure this cruelty.  We are strong.  Our LGBT+ friends and family will help us and create a protective family for ourselves.  We must reach out to those who love us and understand us, and we will prosper.

T: T stands for True.  The LGBT+ community are not liars; we do not choose to be this way.  We just are.  No matter what anyone says, we cannot, MUST not, change who we are.  So we love differently.  So what?  At least we are brave enough to love someone than to never love because it is "wrong."

+: + means Hope.  We are all hopeful that some day, we will not be considered "faggots," "retards," "things," "weirdos," we will just be people.  LGBT+s will be respected just as much as anyone else.  We will be believed in.  We will fight for our rights.

We will never stop until the world accepts us.
