          though i appreciate your support for my books, i write because i want to (it's something i really enjoy doing), not because i have to. i would greatly appreciate if again, we can make this a kind and comfortable space! <33

          i know it's taking me a while to update my books, and i understand that you are patiently waiting for them, which i highly, highly appreciate!
          
          i have admittedly been not active since 2022 because i entered college, and i had to focus on my studies. i'm in my junior year now, yay! which is kinda wild if you ask me, since i started writing here in junior high school, haha!
          
          i had a month of free time last year, and now this year, too. i apologize for not being able to consistently update, i did not anticipate college to be this demanding (especially in my last two years)! </3
          
          also, i have decided to discontinue cupid's arrow, solely because i had a difficult time with the direction of the story. it's been a long time since i've written there, so i cannot remember much about what i originally planned. however, if ever i have the time to reconceptualize it, i will! just know that for now, i will not be updating it. :))
          
          (but why do you update the rest of your books?) i update the light books, where not much lore is needed, for example, "you name it!" and "still with you" (which is now completed, hehe!). hence, "hello, baby" taking very long to be updated.
          
          i originally wrote here with the intent of showing what i can offer in terms of writing, to monitor my improvements, and for this space to become an avenue for creativity for me. i did not expect my books to receive the love you are giving for them, hence i am eternally grateful for all of you for giving my books a try! <333
          
          let's be nice to each other! we all have a lot going on with our personal lives. we may not know each other at all, but it's nice to have a space for you to become comfortable with. may we allow this app (and also my books if ever) to become a kind environment to serve as our temporary escape.
