At the age of twelve, I opened Lord of the Rings for the first time. 
The sensation of going to another world full of excitement, thrill and adventure had since taken its hold of me. 

Reading many other fantasy books during my teenage years and early twenties from other authors in this genre like:

- the Dwarfs series; written by Markus Heitz.
- Orcs trilogy by Morgan Howell.
- Trolls by Christoph Hardebusch.
Amongst others. 

But my all-time favourite author is Terry Pratchett with his Discworld series of which I have read almost all books.

It didn't take long for me to start writing with the reason being that creating a world myself felt way more exciting than reading about someone else's. 

Here on Wattpad, it is my goal to get it done and finish my first book. But at least three others are to follow after.   A lot to do but no pain, no gain as the saying goes.
