Being a chef is a bit hard. my cuisines are my way to write, my kitchen is my language, i am not an executive chef but am always practicing, i put every type of food i see into practice. The more i cook the more i learn about  my self and what am capable of being.
  every chef is a bit different and everyone have his own taste of spices. with you, me and her we can change our kitchen the other way round..!
