Laura Vargas

Laura is a lover of all stories and interactions. A call center manager by day and daydreamer at all times, she finds happiness sharing stories that shed light into the many shades of the human condition. Introspective, her stories are vivid, emotive and allow for a one way trip deep into each of her characters.

Academically, Laura has won scholarships to Sarah Lawrence Young Writers Workshop (New York, US) and holds a Bachelors in Business Administration (Santo Domingo, DR) and a Masters degree in Finance and Investment (London, UK) also acquired through academic excellence scholarships. 

Laura lives in the Dominican Republic with her two children and travels often to the US and UK allowing for a mix of warmth, color, class and daring which sip through in her storytelling and reaches the heart...
