Have I spent every free moment of my past week rewriting an 2015 Jeff the Killer x Reader fanfic, the work which is now over 25k words and I honestly consider my Magnum Opus?

          	Maybe.

          	Anyways, the next fic I post will definitely be my all time fav, hope y'all will like it as well

Hey, I’m a new writer her on Wattpad and even though it seems like a couple of my stories are doing alright it’s as if no one really engages in them, like staring a chapter or maybe even commenting on a specific area. And it’s kinda making me a bit self conscious about my work. Do you maybe know how to make the readers feel more engaged in the story?

@Lesbesbean Thank you for your help! ❤️❤️❤️

@ ViaInfinity22  hi hi ;3
            well, first of all you must know that when it comes to views/likes/comments ratio, they differ a LOT. Sometimes every 100th person will remember to hit a like on your story, even though they enjoyed it. Same with comments - people don't comment as often as one would think!
            But if you do want to make readers more engaged, I guess I could give you some tips that I think worked in my works (haha).
            1st of all it's important to have consistency in your work formatting, like always using quote marks when someone's talking, and/or keeping the timing consistent (for example, only use present simple/continues, and not include random past tenses)
            2nd of all, I like to make a lot of references! like memes and random quotes, just so the audience can have a small chuckle out of them, hihi
            and 3rd, the most important one: it's all just dumb luck. Sometimes there will be a person who falls in love with your work and will read everything and comment every other sentence! Sadly, most of people who read online don't do that ;-;
            but yeah, I hope this helps ;D

@ peckingjj aww, hi!! and thank you
            I won't lie, writing blooming through the concrete was very fun (but also challenging) seeing as it was the first fic I actually planned from start to finish lol
            I have no idea how I managed to create a cohesive story in Coffee Dates, I wrote a chapter daily and it just... beautifully came together ^w^
            and as for my favorite work, I won't lie, the answer changes every time I write something new ;3c I have a one shot that I haven't posted yet (will probably do it tomorrow) and I'm proud to say that that fic's descriptions and overall style? 10/10
            but apart from that one, come a little bit closer is definitely my favorite child ;3
            (and fr thank you it means a lot to me that you enjoy my work so much! I try to keep it simple and for everyone to enjoy ;DD )
