@ ViaInfinity22 hi hi ;3
well, first of all you must know that when it comes to views/likes/comments ratio, they differ a LOT. Sometimes every 100th person will remember to hit a like on your story, even though they enjoyed it. Same with comments - people don't comment as often as one would think!
But if you do want to make readers more engaged, I guess I could give you some tips that I think worked in my works (haha).
1st of all it's important to have consistency in your work formatting, like always using quote marks when someone's talking, and/or keeping the timing consistent (for example, only use present simple/continues, and not include random past tenses)
2nd of all, I like to make a lot of references! like memes and random quotes, just so the audience can have a small chuckle out of them, hihi
and 3rd, the most important one: it's all just dumb luck. Sometimes there will be a person who falls in love with your work and will read everything and comment every other sentence! Sadly, most of people who read online don't do that ;-;
but yeah, I hope this helps ;D
