Amidst the sun-soaked days, kids play,
With parents close, they laugh and sway.
I watch, feeling a pang of woe,
My heart heavy, but they don't know.
Their vacation bliss, a scene so bright,
Smiles, hugs, and pure delight.
But in my world, a different scene,
With parents near, it's not serene.
Envy seeps in as I observe,
Their joyous moments, I deserve?
Wishing for that carefree time,
But my days with parents, not sublime.
Their fun-filled trips, a distant land,
From the struggles where I stand.
I yearn for that sheer elation,
Yet in my parents' midst, frustration.
