Dear author: This book was almost perfect. Funny and sweet and sexy. But there is chapter 48. The sex scene in the car. What happened between the two Male leads was not consensual. What is the difference between what the guy in the cafe did and what the male lead did to Anlin in the car? Not much. I don't mean to hurt your feelings. It's just that I was enjoying your throughly fluffy story and then bamm! If you want to learn how to write great sex scenes read Katikakka the book about K.O. and Mr. Beautiful (best first time scene ever!) Ginaddict and her Royal engagement series. Actually all of Ginaddict books are super sexy. Hope you don't mind my humble opinion. But since this was your first book I just dared to criticize. Please don't stop writing. You are talented.
See I even made a mistake in the comment above. An editor is a 3rd party is what I meant. We all need distance to find the flaws in what we write. My method is writing something and letting it rest for a few days. Then I go back and edit with fresh eyes.
@Sugardragon09 Is entitled a good thing or a bad thing? Anyway, my criticism was sincere and constructive. I really loved this story until this scene. And I just expressed what I felt with respect. Think of me as an editor. Every great writer in the publishing world has one. It's necessary because for a writer their book is their baby and they can't see the flaws. A writer is a 3rd party that calls out what they see. Sometimes it makes the author think and they change the book. Sometimes the author feels strongly about something and they don't change the story. But an outside perspective is important in writing.

I haven't forgotten about you don't worry. I've been busy with uni lately but a new story is underway! I don't post until I am finished writing to avoid leaving my readers left hanging halfway, so it will take a while before you will see it here. Likely a few months. But what's a few more months to the years I've been gone lol.
Right now I am in the planning process of the new story.
Sometimes I worry I won't be able to meet the standard of my first book haha, I really set the bar high, I hope my writing is still okay.
