I had a dream of becoming a writer from a very young age so naturally I grew up to be an accountant. However, when I (somehow) turned 50 years old, I decided that I needed to make some changes in my life so I swapped the UK for the South of France and my spreadsheets for a blog. I started out writing poems and short stories which were well received by my followers so I submitted them for publication on line and that worked out pretty well too. All this gave me the confidence I needed to write the book that I knew was hiding somewhere in the recesses of my mind, desperate for liberation.

The idea for From His Perspective came to me whilst I was in the shower (as great ideas are often wont to do). I wondered how humanity, with all its problems and self-destructive tendencies would be viewed by someone who'd had a hand in its creation; I came to the conclusion that he'd be pretty miffed and, from that one idea, The Boss and Norbert popped into existence.

When I am not writing (book number 2 is already underway), I enjoy the outdoor life on the Cote D'Azur, soaking up the sun, walking along the coast and drinking far too much red wine.
