Hii (❁´◡`❁) sorry but im not playing Genshin anymore, I couldnt find the feed where you mentioned me, I only vaguely remember a few parts. I had a R2 Primordial Jade Winged-Spear, 1 health bonus artifact, 2 pyro buff (is that what it was called idk??) and the rest is mostly crit dmg and crit rate my crit rate was about 90 percent and crit dmg is about 70 percent. My Hutao is C2. I pair her with zhongli, xingqiu and fischil. Rotation is Zhongli's shield, Fischil's Oz (C6), Xingqiu's water blade(C6), then hutao go vroom. I hope that helps :)
