@Explor0 Ok I get it, so here's just info that might satisfaction you're curious. 
            
            In 'Prophecy' The citizens of kingdom won't be involved with Beatrice's situation that meant they've won't no anything about the re:zero books, the aim of the beginning of the story will directly focus of Beatrice's reactions. 
            
            So no lagunican wouldn't known the person Subaru natsuki or his origin
            
            And concerning about 'Destiny' not they won't know related to plant earth those mangas are scenes that happened in their world.   

GoldenFang17 is the author of the fanfiction I mentioned. The rezero reaction fanfic which is only found on Wattpad. If you’d like you can take a look at it and read the chapter where Episode 1 of Re:Zero is displayed to get an idea of what I mean for the kingdom of lugnica reacting to the idea of another world like Planet Earth.

The part I want to point out is the mentioning of another world which would be Planet Earth in the world of Rezero. I saw that Planet Earth is mentioned in your story ‘Prophecy’ when Beatrice was reading that book and the reaction she had regarding it. Earlier I had been wondering if something very similar would happen with the kingdom of lugnica in your story ‘Destiny’.
