Yo thanks for the follow but I gotta ask why?

Well first of all I want to apologize regarding the updates, To tell you guys the truth I don't know how to proceed with this story considering I reincarnated kiyotaka 3000 year's before the cannon events, he's going to mess up the timeline too much, as I was not going to make him a Demon lord because he was an experiment  of a facility which aims to mass produce "exceptional Human beings" and their already exists a fanfic about Demon lord kiyotaka so it would seem like that I copied it, 
          
          As it is 3000 year's in the past I can only play with the small nation's which haven't United into Eastern Empire yet, Jahil's High human nation, True Ancestors nation's, Magic Tower and the Underworld, So to contain the amount of Bullshit I'm gonna make him a Heroic King....yeah I'm containing bullshit with more bullshit, But I think his character fits the role of an observer who only intervenes when necessary, this way I can give him and Guy a pretty good dynamic, if humans runs rampant Guy intervenes and if monsters(all other species) run rampant kiyotaka intervenes, maintaining an equilibrium.
          
          So I just wanted to ask If any of you remember power dynamic of 3000 year's before rimuru's birth if it was mentioned in cannon Light novel, 
          In short I need HELP
