Hi! I want to enter the writing challenge, but I’m a little scared because I’m new and don’t know if there are any restrictions. I have several books, and a couple are on Wattpad, but they haven’t gotten much attention yet. I’m stepping out of my comfort zone to share my work and bring it to light. I started these books in April 2025, and they are finished. Can I still enter my completed books on my Wattpad author’s page? Sorry to bother you, and thank you for your help!

@ijoachin Hi, it's awesome that you'd like your stories to get more attention and to participate to the 8CC contest! There are a few rules to follow, including not being less than 13 years old and English only. Please also note that the May-June session of the contest only accepts stories published after September 2024, so your stories should be fine. You should also have written at least 8 chapters (12k words) since May 2025. There are a few other things to look at before submitting (you can find them all in the 8CC title here: https://www.wattpad.com/story/344726994 ), but these are the main points. Hope it helps :) Luke
