For over ten years now, I've been writing online as Lyss. Except, IRL, I'm really a twenty-seven year-old girl named Deanna Cameron living in New York, but not the New York you're thinking about. So, instead of imagining me surrounded by skyscrapers and bustling cabs, think cornfields. And too much winter.  You can call me either Lyss or Deanna, they're both me really. Like two sides of a coin. 

You can normally find me outside (assuming the aforementioned "too much winter" thing isn't happening) on my front porch with a book, a cold drink, and plants I'm trying to desperately keep alive. 

Oh, and I'm a writer.  My debut novel, 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐇𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐍𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭, was published through Wattpad Books in 2019 and the 𝐩𝐚𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 was published in April. My sophomore book, 𝐇𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐰𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐫, was also published through Wattpad Books on 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟏𝟖𝐭𝐡 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟏. I'm currently also a Wattpad Creator! 

I'm also writing a new YA book, 𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐘𝐨𝐮, where scandal, enemies to lovers, and social media wars take center stage in this murder mystery. Updates here on Wattpad every 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲!
