I've decided to return to Instagram, because why not? It's been a long while since I last went on the site.

ManekiNekoTea

@Lightbrushfan121 Let's see...
There are some II ships that I like, such as:
            Suitcase x Balloon
            Lightbulb x Paintbrush
            Fan x Test Tube
            Knife x Microphone
Soap x Trophy (Don't ask why)
            Candle x Silver Spoon
            Paper x OJ

*sigh* Change of plan, AGAIN. (What is wrong with me?)

I'll delete the Yumeshima Elementary book, since I feel the need to update multiple things in it, illustrations included (I moved to Clip Studio Paint), and first make a book of student profiles. I want readers to know a bit about the characters before jumping into the story itself.
          It's going to take a while, so...peace out~ ♥

Oh yeah, forgot to mention that I got a new laptop, so any old art I had stored in the old one (except for the ones I needed) are gone. And that means it's time to start a new chapter of art.

With how inconsistent my points of interest are (right now, it's Object Overload are), as in when I focus on one thing it's hard to switch to another, I'll be putting Yumeshima Elementary on hold. I'll get to it eventually, though.

In a way, I'm sorta back into the OSC, but the only 2 objects shows I'll be more active about are Brawl Of The Objects and Object Overload. I'll tend to avoid the big shots (BFDI & II), since I don't really want to stir drama in those.

@ManekiNekoTea Good call, best to stay away from any drama.

Okay, soooo...change of plan...

Before posting the next chapter, I feel like making a book series dedicated to explaining the setting of Yumeshima Elementary: the cast, the locations, stuff like that. I'll probably call it "Yumeshima Archives".
The reason is so that I can get a better understanding of the setting in my story, and also update a few things.
I got this idea from @threadar 's critique (which was helpful, so thanks for that), and seeing that remembering their names can be difficult.

So I'll first work on a Yumeshima Archives book, then update the first chapter, and then I'll start working on the next chapter.
          Alright, peace out ~ ♥

If anyone remembers my old fanfictions, well...I'll be damned!

          But. Here's some news!
It'll take a while, but there's a good chance that I'll bring it back new and fresh with all new headcanons and all new ideas.
The original title, "Dream Island Elementary", will be changed to "Yumeshima Elementary" (Yumeshima is Japanese for Dream Island (Yume - Dream, Shima - Island)). I'll have to decide whether to use the old designs with some tweaks (because nostalgia) or use the new designs I'm working on (because it looks better).
The setting will be a Japanese city, because I'm a weeb. And speaking of, each character will get a Japanese name.
For example: in this story, Book will be named Aoi Midorikawa, Ice Cube will be Yukina Ogami, Nickel will be Nikei Haiiro, etc.

And remember: when I'll start posting the chapters, enjoy reading, and respect the author's headcanons.

I'll see you soon when I'll post the first chapter. Peace out ~ ♥

@kingof2763farts No, Aoi is Japanese for Blue, since half her colour palette is blue. The other half is green, which is why I hid Midori (Japanese for Green) in the surname Midorikawa.

@ManekiNekoTea so is aoi Japanese for Book?

@threadar Well, sorta. It'd probably be more like 夢島小学校 (Which translates to Yumeshima Elementary School), I think.
