Py quietly left the room. He paused on his way out, glancing at what contents in the room were illuminated by Lucette's ladybug nightlight plugged into the wall. It seemed as though the Minireenas had been hard at work on some crafts recently.

Py was unable to help his own curiosity, and with how often his granddaughters were showing off their latest drawings, it'd be perfectly fine. He slowly walked up to the craft desk in the room, seeing a couple of still-unfinished-drawings.

They seemed mostly of Sana, Nat and Puppet—one unfinished drawing having only a floating fedora on the paper. He could only assume the drawing had been set aside before Py had been drawn in his entirety. Even so, the floating hat alongside the delightful colored depiction of his wife was still an amusing sight.

Shaking his head, Py put the drawings back down.

The Minireenas smiled with their dad and grandfather, hearing the story their father had recounted as best as he could remember. "Did's you always cuddle in the quilt when Grandma sewed it, Daddy?" Lucette wondered, to which Puppet nodded. "Pretty much." He then laughed a little, another childhood memory coming to him.

"Actually, something your Grandma would do sometimes when I was especially little, is she would work on her quilt just before my bedtime. So, she'd let me cuddle in the quilt until I would fall asleep. Then the next morning I'd wake up in my bed, all confused as to how I'd gotten there." The Minireenas laughed, too. "I remember that 'trick' of hers," Py began, a knowing look about him. "Once you'd fall asleep, I was the one who'd carry you off to your bed."

"Ah, so you were her partner in crime, then!" Puppet teased, his father laughing. "If that's what you'd like to call it." Puppet shook his head a little in his amusement.

Mina then gently tapped her father's wrist to gain his attention. "Daddy? Where's is the quilt now?" Puppet blinked. His smile faltered a little—his laughter having died down. The Marionette glanced off with a growing confused look. "I... don't know..." He puzzled expression was then directed at his dad. "Where is Mom's quilt?"

"Your Grandma always loved trying different combinations of fruits whenever she made a new pitcher of juice. I don't think I remember a breakfast without us having a glass of fresh juice to go along with it."

"What's this about fruit juice?" Ballora asked, arriving to join in on the family breakfast. Mina sat up straighter in her chair as she addressed her mom. "I was askin' Daddy if Grandma maded french toast for breakfast like hims and GrandPy does sometimes," She began enthusiastically explaining, her mother going about grabbing a serving of breakfast and coffee while she listened. "And then he said that Grandma didn't actually do cooking for breakfast but she um, actually she maded fresh fruit juice for breakfast!"

"You mean your dad and uncle only drank fruit juice for breakfast every morning when they were kids?" Silently, Puppet glanced over at Ballora with a confused smile—to which she returned with a teasing one. He shook his head a little in amusement. "Well, no. GrandPy maded the food to have with the fruit juice." Mina explained. "Ah okay, gotcha, pumpkin."

As Py sorted through the photos to find a new one to show his granddaughters, he slowly shook his head a little. "I really must get an album for these..." He quietly commented to himself. At the comment, Rosette and Mina exchanged curious looks with one another.

Though, neither they or their sisters were able to say much on what their grandpa had said, as his shifting through photographs came to a pause. "Hm...?" The four looked down at the photo, a couple small giggles being the immediate reaction. "Is that Daddy?" Tina asked, looking up at Py—who was sporting a puzzled expression. "Yes..."

"Why's he nappin' in the grass?" Came her next question, followed by Lucette's observation of, "He looks teeny in this one! Like he's almost hiddin' in the big blankie!" Py hummed in agreement, slowly adding, "It's called a quilt." The comment was said in a distracted way, as he was pondering something.

Rosette took note of this. "What, GrandPy?" She asked him. Py tutted, shook his head and shrugged. "I have no memory of this photo being taken... I'm unsure what was happening here."

"Um, well, Daddy was havin' a nap in the grass. Duh!"
