Switching the Silver Blades over to the Fantasy category... My books, as low fantasy, have always been half fantasy and half adventure story... but maybe this way the right readers will find them. It seems adventure on Wattpad is ruled by super-heroes and mob bosses.

Wow... So I did this without checking out the fantasy genre, and I think now that I have I'm going to have to take my books back to adventure.
When did the fantasy category get taken over by China? The top 500 works are 95% reincarnation, cultivation, mythology and mythology fan fiction. And most of it is also 4th wall breaking book and anime fangirling. Doesn't anyone fight/ride/trick/pet dragons anymore? Start adventures without dying first? Are the new peasant heroes always reincarnated gods or "villains" now?
At least the mob bosses' daughters and assassins I can understand, even if it makes me feel like I'm in the wrong category...

So checking in again after Plate Male (Silver Blades book 4) has now been complete for four years, I find that no one has commented yet on the last few chapters of my little Silver Blades saga. Very disappointed, considering a number of people were waiting for it ...
I've been working on mapping out the next story arc(s), including the sequel, prequel, and a spin-off, but this makes me wonder if the trouble is worth it. If anyone would do me a kindness and maybe finish the story so I know at least how well (or poorly) it is received, I would be eternally grateful.

@Marc_Morrell The guilt is working a little bit XD I do most of my reading for book clubs now (which I've been trying to get you to join forever *wink wink nudge nudge*). And it's been so long since I've read last, I don't remember all the plot threads! It makes me sad to hear no one else has picked it up either. I really enjoyed it when I was actively reading.

A Duel Nature jumped 400 places overnight thanks to some recent reads and support from those enthusiastic readers. Thanks again to all those who have given my novellas a chance.
BTW, I would love to hear from those who have made it all the way through the 4-novella series. Love? Hate? Let me know how I could do better? I want to hear it all!

Er... actually it might not be updating on my profile, because it looks like we're doing even better on the browsable #Action category. Dread Handed looks to be doing best at #67, followed by Prize Fight at #182, and after a briefly going down to #247 today, ADN seems to have updated to #444th place.

I would just like to point out that The Short Irons (a collection volume, and home to Tete-a-Tete) is coming in at #18 in the "Pun" category today, which should mean I will be able to pick up more readers with a sense of humor that don't weigh their options. That said, if you haven't read A Duel Nature yet, it's a great way to get started learning about these quirky characters and the torture I put them through, so I would suggest you do so. If you would rather a bit of light fare or visual stimulation, I have sketchbooks, a wiki, and The Chibi Blades, which is doing well in the comic strip category despite the fact that the characters are neither comics, nor do they strip. Hi Marc, I've been reading your "Silver Blades" books lately and am absolutely hooked! I was wondering whether you might find some time to take a look at my book "Reign of Darkness." I hope I don't seem pushy at all, but I am trying to raise awareness about it and get it out there a little more.
