My name is Mariah, I'm in my late 20s and I suffer from from BPD, PTSD, and a severe anxiety disorder. 
My blogs and journals I hope to write, i hope to help those suffering from the same illnesses, I plan to write a lot about my mental illnesses, various mental illnesses, mental health, suicide prevention domestic violence, grieving, and the death of a loved one and how to cope, these are things I hold close to me because I have been through these things, I hope to shed light from personal experiences and things I have learned about these disorders and situations.
