Author: (Whatever you go by on Wattpad)

What you have in mind: (Tell me what you want. A general idea of what you want your cover too look like)

Characters: (Any characters who might play in your story, limit of 3. If you would like to send them to my email I can dm it too you)

Theme: (A theme can include a number of things. Anything for color or background)

Font: (I have many fonts but I am limited to some. If I cannot find your font I will give you other suggestions)

Words: (Words can include quotes from your story, etc.)

Where you found this book at: ( I just would like too know ☺️)

Are you ok with me publishing your cover after I finish: (I just need a general idea on how you would get the cover)
