looks: neon red eyes, milky pink hair with ombre yellow, she has VERY messy bangs, her hair is tied in a side ponytail, the tip of her side ponytail is also braided.
outfit: black crop top (kinda like a bra except the straps are around her neck instead), orange short flowy skirt, black tight leather gloves that show her fingers, the gloves are elbow lenght, leather orange boots, it reaches her thights its a bit shorter than her skirt, say....3 inches of her thight is visible, she also wears long shoulder lenght earrings and at the tip there is an orange pear shaped ruby.
YuGiOh boy: Duke Devlin.
scenario: mmmhhh, how about he takes interest in her after she beats him in a duel, he tries to impress her but she keeps rejecting him, we all know Duke wont easily give up on something he wants, so the rest is up to you :).
also, this is also a major thing in Lydia, her voice is VERY high pitched, it comes out almost childish, and she doesnt blush or stutter easily :D thats all, thanks for taking the time to read my stupid OCs info.
